Shandong Hongda (Simplified: 山东宏达矿业股份有限公司;Traditional:山東宏達礦業股份有限公司;Pinyin:Shāndōng hóngdá kuàngyè gǔfèn yǒuxiàn gōngsī; SHA:600532) is a Chinese construction and mining company that is looking to own the majority share of Jagex. With the recent decline in the iron ore mining industry, Shandong Hongda has sought to expand its investments, by purchasing Jagex shares for $300,000,000 USD.[1]
