The shark fist is a weapon that requires from 1 to 55 Attack to equip, which was obtainable from the Squeal of Fortune with the Sizzling Summer promotion. They can be switched between tiers by choosing the "change" function, assuming the requirements for the tiers are met and the player has both the main hand and off-hand shark fist in their inventory. The off-hand weapon can be reclaimed by right-clicking the main hand shark fist and selecting "Give off-hand".

This item was reobtainable from Treasure Hunter during the Treasure Hunter Blast from the Past promotion on 27 February to 3 March 2014 and the Smashing Relics promotion at the end of May 2017.
