The sharpened axe is a quest item used in the One Small Favour quest. It is obtained by giving the blunt axe to Brian in Port Sarim after helping his friend Aggie free her apprentice. The player must take the sharpened axe back to the forester south east of Shilo Village in order to complete the next step in the quest.
