Shilop Fairweather is one of Gertrude's children, the others being Wilough, Philop and Kanel. During Gertrude's Cat, he tells the player information about Fluffs, Gertrude's cat.
His name is seen along with Wilough's in the Varrock Census from the year 160 (9 years in the past). In the book, both of their occupations are listed as "Baby". This suggests their current ages to be around 9 or 10.
