The Shimmering shell is found randomly while playing Fishing Trawler. It grants an extra 60% Fishing experience during the next trawler game to 10 players, with clan mates coming first. The boosts cannot be stacked, and players can only have one shell in their inventory at a time. And are the most Random fish in runescape.
