Show That You Cairn is an achievement that requires the player to reach Cairn Isle, found north-west of Shilo Village.

Players must climb the rocks then cross a bridge in order to reach the island. This requires level 15 Agility, though higher Agility levels reduce the chance of failure. The quickest way of reaching Cairn Isle is by using fairy ring CKR and running south-west.
