A silly jester top is given as a reward when completing the Fremennik Isles quest. It offers no defensive bonuses. Players wear this disguise during the quest The Fremennik Isles to disguise themselves as a jester.
If a player were to lose their silly jester top, they could get them back by searching the King's chest on Jatizso. It cannot be stored in the costume room of a POH.
This is used to entertain some of the Fremennik warriors.
