Silver athlete's shoes are an item bought during the Gielinor Games. They were released before the event, but not made available for purchase until the release of the games on 24 July 2012. They can be bought at Oomad Arrow's Gielinor Games Reward Shop. They cost 500 contribution points (and 2,500 extra points to unlock the silver tier). When worn, it reduces weight by .9 kg, while the full set reduces by 4.5 kg This makes it useful if you are doing a lot of running. Every item from the set, with the exception of the ring, can be stored in POH's toy box.
