A silvthril chain is a component of the Ivandis flail and is created by the player during or after the Legacy of Seergaze quest. A player with a chain link mould in their inventory may create one from silvthril: a silver bar and mithril bar by using the silver bar on a furnace, granting 100 Crafting experience.
