Sir Kuam Ferentse is one of the white knights who is helping the temple knights with recruitment, who tests your puzzle solving skills in the Recruitment Drive quest. He also makes a brief appearance in the first RuneScape novel, Betrayal at Falador.

- Sir Kuam Ferentse is wordplay for "circumference". At one time, theWise Old Man made a joke using this play on words on the login screen.
- He is one of the only NPCs who wields a 2-handed sword in one hand and has his helmet equipped in the shield slot.
