Sithaph is a Necrosyrte Dragonkin who appeared in final cutscene after completing the quest While Guthix Sleeps.

During Ritual of the Mahjarrat, he, along with Sakirth and Strisath, attempt to enact vengeance on Lucien, the False User, but is defeated while defending the Stone of Jas from the Mahjarrat.

Sithaph attacks Lucien...
