Sithik Ints is one of the many members of the Humans Against Monsters (H.A.M) cult. He is featured in the Zogre Flesh Eaters quest, when he turns the Ogre populace of their ceremonial dance enclave, Jiggig, into zombies, using his necromancy skills (which Malignius Mortifer informs the player of). During the quest the player gives him a potion to turn him into an ogre for his plot, whereupon he reveals the secret to making Relicym's balm and Brutal arrows.
