Sköll boots are boots received from killing Sköll in the 2012, 2013 and 2014 Winter events. They can be clicked on to gain bonus experience in either Agility or Woodcutting. The bonus experience received is dependent upon a player's level. This bonus experience is gained as a player trains their skills.
If lost, the boots retain what charge they had before, and can be retrieved from Diango or the Fremennik citizen at the gate while the event is ongoing.
As of 13 January 2014, any unclaimed experience remaining from previous years can be reclaimed as bonus experience by right clicking on the boots.
The Sköll boots can be stored in a Toy box in a Player-owned house.
If the charge from previous Sköll events had not been used up prior to the event, the boots retain their charge and can be recharged fully after the previous charge has been used up.
On 13 November 2013, Jagex made a change and stated "Hati paws and Sköll boots now give the correct amount of bonus XP." This resulted in the bonus XP remaining from the prior event being reduced to 10% (e.g. starting at 500K XP, 250K remaining in May, 25K claimable as of November).

At level 99, Sköll boots grant 1,250,000 Agility/Woodcutting experience (625,000 bonus experience).
Starting at level 81, Sköll boots grant approximately 1,000,000 Agility/Woodcutting experience (500,000 bonus experience).
Trivia
- Contrary to popular belief, time is not a factor for using the charges. This confusion originates from when the Hati paws were first announced. It was said they would last for 10 hours of combat, but this was changed when the paws were released.
- There is currently a bug with the Toy box where the player is able to take an infinite amount of these boots out of the box. There is no benefit to doing this.
