The Skeleton Champion scroll is a scroll that a Skeleton may drop when killed. It is a challenge from the Skeleton Champion. By bringing this scroll to Larxus in the basement of Champions' Guild, you may fight this champion in the Champions' Challenge distraction and diversion.
Luck enhancers have no effect on the chances of obtaining this scroll as a drop, although a Champion scroll enhancer does. When in your inventory, the enhancer gives a 20% higher chance of receiving a scroll. The enhancer has 250 charges to start with, and one charge is used whenever you kill a creature that has a chance of dropping a champion scroll. It will disappear when all the charges have been used up.
While fighting the Skeleton Champion, only Ranged attacks are allowed.
It is likely that the most efficient way of obtaining this scroll is by killing Skoblins and Skeletons in the Lumbridge Catacombs with Earth Surge and a Demon familiar. With a decent level in Magic and using the ring of fire special attack, 1,500 kills in an hour is easily achievable.
