Skeleton clerks are skeleton bankers that may be found in both of the New Varrock banks. The west banker is found behind the bank booths, while the east is found upstairs behind a desk. They explain that the banks are under the control of Zemouregal, and now act as his private vault.

During Dimension of Disaster: Shield of Arrav, players give them Forged documents in order to receive both halves of the Shield of Arrav; one from each bank.
