The words 'sleeping potion' seem to be written over the real label.

The sleeping potion is an item used during the quest Bringing Home the Bacon. It is given to the player by Eli to add to the pig decoy to knock out the bacon addicts. Despite being called sleeping potion, it is in actual fact a very potent poison disguised as a potion, as the poison warning was torn off by Eli, the real label has been vandalised and when applied along with the bacon creates a "pig decoy (p++++)".
