The Small protean pack is an item that was introduced on 2 February 2015 and is available on Treasure Hunter from 20 February 2015 0:00 UTC to 23 February 2015 23:59 UTC. It was available again from 24 April to 27 April 2015. They were also available as a possible reward from opening mystery boxes from the 2015 Summer Beach Event.

Each pack contains 75 protean items. The player can choose from protean bars, protean hides, protean logs, protean planks and protean traps.
