You can get another board back from the Queen of Snow. Destroying this board will lose any progress it has attained.

The snowboard (tier 1) is an item used in the 2014 Christmas event. It can be equipped and used to slide down the large snowramp at the Lumbridge Crater. After having earned 500 reputation, it will turn into a snowboard (tier 2).

As of an unknown update, players are also allowed to take their snowboards outside of the crater^[1].

Although it has a "Wear" option, it could only be equipped during the 2014 and 2015 Christmas event.
