The snowboard (tier 1) is an item used in the 2014 Christmas event. It can be equipped and used to slide down the large snowramp at the Lumbridge Crater. After having earned 500 reputation, it will turn into a snowboard (tier 2). If you leave the arena with it equipped, it goes to the inventory, or bank if the former is full.
