The Sophanem Slayer Dungeon teleport is a magic tablet that allows the player to teleport to outside the entrance to Sophanem Slayer Dungeon.

The ability to make the tablet is unlocked with rank 4 reputation in any Menaphos district. It may then be made from 1 soft clay and 2 law runes at any lectern in a Player-owned house. No Magic experience is gained from making the tablet.

You must complete the Jack of Spades quest in order to use this tablet.

The teleport tablet can be placed in the pocket slot. The teleport option on the Menaphos journal allows the use of the teleport tablet, even if the tablet is in the bank at the time.
