The sous chef's mitts are an item obtainable from the Treasure Hunter or as a possible reward when completing hard deliveries in the Gnome Restaurant minigame. When worn, they provide a 1% boost (up to 6% when worn with the rest of the Sous chef's outfit) in experience while training Cooking. If the player has the Cooking gauntlets, then they may be worn instead, and the player will still receive the 1% boost[1] (including the added 1% set bonus if the rest of the Sous chef's outfit is worn).
