Spare sock was removed from RuneScape after Update:Ninja Fixes to Invention - Live Stream Info - Other News, but still exists in-game for those who had obtained it.

Spare sock is an item used in Meg's cases. It is requested by the turoth who believes he was scammed by Thessalia, who sold him a pair of socks, not aware at the time that turoth have 3 legs.
