The spellstorm drape is a low-levelled mage cape. It is dropped by the troll shamans in the caves north of Burthorpe, and the level 5 white wolves around Burthorpe and Taverley. It is one of the weakest capes to give bonuses and is the Magic counterpart to the Arrowstorm drape for Ranged and the Bladestorm drape for Melee. It is the best cape of its class in free-to-play.
