The Spider leg top is an item that can be dropped by Araxxi after fighting Araxxor. It can be combined with the spider leg middle and spider leg bottom to make a spider leg, which, when combined with Araxxi's eye, web or Araxxi's fang, creates the noxious staff, longbow and scythe respectively.

It can only be obtained if you choose to fight Araxxor using path 1 during phase 2.
