Spin tickets are rare items obtained whilst skilling, attending Distraction and Diversions , and killing monsters . "Claiming" a Spin Ticket gives a player an extra spin on the Squeal of Fortune. The ticket may only be claimed once, after which the extra spin is destroyed and must be re obtained
The ticket cannot be banked and must be destroyed to remove from a player's account. Spin ticket is a rare drop from many monsters. It can also be obtained from the Squeal of Fortune and by buying one with JCoins which is bought with real money.
Obtaining Spin Tickets
Distraction and Diversions - P2P
D&Ds can reward players with Spin Tickets but only when that D&D is designated for the week. The Troll Invasion D&D will always give you a free spin as it is a monthly D&D. The Distraction and Diversions that Spin Tickets can be awarded from include:
- The Circus
- Penguin Hide and Seek
- Evil Tree (active weekly D&D)
- Shooting Star
- Troll Invasion (monthly)
Dropping monsters - P2P and F2P
All monsters have a rare chance of dropping the ticket, excluding minigame monsters and Dungeoneering monsters.
-Cockroach Soldier
Skilling - F2P and P2P
Skilling can also award players with Spin Tickets by doing any sort of skilling; basically anything that can get you strange rocks from Shattered Hearts.
Trivia
- A double spin ticket can be obtained through the Squeal of Fortune. This is an uncommon reward.
- There has been a huge controversy about being able to buy spins; the reasoning behind it is that it violates JaGex's real-world trading rule.
