The spirit tz-kih is a Summoning familiar. It requires level 22 Summoning. It can be summoned with a Spirit tz-kih pouch. It uses Fireball assault scrolls.

It is the spirit equivalent of a Tz-Kih, a prayer-draining monster encountered in the TzHaar Fight Caves. Each of its attacks will drain 2% of its target's Prayer points. Only works in PvP.
