The spirit vulatrice is a variant of the Spirit cockatrice familiar. Like the Spirit cockatrice, it is a level 43 Summoning familiar whose Spirit vulatrice pouch requirements include an egg incubated by a Spirit cobra - in this case a Vulture egg instead of a chicken egg. Like the Spirit cockatrice, it can use the Petrifying Gaze scroll - in this case targeting the opponent's Ranged skill instead of their Defence skill.
The Spirit vulatrice may also randomly produce Cockatrice eggs.

A spirit vulatrice is created by using a Spirit cockatrice pouch on a summoning obelisk. Doing so grants 10 scrolls. (It is not presently known whether using the Vulatrice pouch would produce the same scroll.)
Petrifying Gaze[]
Like the Spirit cockatrice, the Spirit vulatrice can use the Petrifying Gaze special attack, though it drains the opponent's Ranged level instead of Defence by up to 3.
Right-click: Drain[]
Like the Spirit cockatrice, the Spirit vulatrice has a Drain special attack, though again with slightly different results: right-clicking the spirit vulatrice and selecting Drain will inflict up to 10 points of damage on an opponent, including players, and reduce their Ranged level.
