A spirit weed potion (unf) is an unfinished potion made via the Herblore skill. Players make it by using a clean spirit weed on a vial of water.
It is used to make either the Summoning potion at level 40 by adding a Cockatrice egg, earning 92 experience or the Divination potion at level 43 by adding a rabbit foot, earning 97.5 experience.

These costs are calculated based on buying the unfinished potion premade. This allows you to skip putting clean spirit weed in a vial of water. However, this method is more expensive. The extra loss accumulated via this method is 1,007 per potion, however, the experience per hour is doubled.
