Stalker essence is a drop from Seekers and Soulgazers. It can be used to craft stalker arrows from dark arrows - requiring 95 Fletching, and granting 17.5 Fletching experience per arrow (262.5 per set of 15). Unlike other arrows, these arrows aren't made in sets of 15, but instead 1 at a time.
