Stalker notes (part 1) are dropped by Plane-freezer Lakhrahnaz. The drop is random, just like all other Dungeoneering journals. The writer which is later revealed as Grondaban describes in detail the Stalker species. He later goes on to tell that Plane-freezer Lakhrahnaz has great control over temperatures, which is why they placed it in the Frozen floors.
