The Statue of Death is first met during Missing, Presumed Death. After the quest it can be found again at the Empyrean Citadel to replay cutscenes, hand-out additional post-quest rewards, and replace lost rewards. Rewards that are given are:

Thieving lamp, granting 50,000 Thieving experience (requires 75 Thieving; not able to use temporary skill boosts)
Constitution lamp, granting 50,000 Constitution experience (requires 75 Constitution)
Antique lamp, granting 30,000 experience in a chosen skill that is at least level 75
30 Barrows amulets
Two new death animations
