The steel spear is a two handed melee weapon requiring 20 Attack to wield.

During Tai Bwo Wannai Trio, the steel spear may be used with poison karambwan paste to create the steel spear (kp). After the quest, the poisoned spear can be bought from Tamayu's Spear Stall and cleaned with a cleaning cloth to get a steel spear.

This weapon can only be smithed on a Barbarian anvil.
