It is made by using a Summoning pouch on a Summoning obelisk with 178 spirit shards, a Crimson charm and a steel platebody in your inventory, requiring 99 Summoning and giving 435.2 experience. Summoning the Steel titan gives 4.9 experience, costs 100 Summoning points, and lasts for 64 minutes.
It can be made into ten Steel of legends scrolls by using it on a summoning obelisk, giving 4.9 experience. If the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd District in Prifddinas, using the Prifddinas obelisk will give 12 scrolls per pouch.
Steel titan pouches can be given to Bogrog or Lord Amlodd in return for 125 spirit shards for each pouch, requiring 99 Summoning. If the hard Tirannwn achievements are complete, Lord Amlodd will give 137 shards for each pouch.
