A Stone of Power is obtained by playing the Fist of Guthix mini-game in "The Hunted" role (note that this item will disappear once you leave the mini-game). As the person being hunted, your statistics will be drained, the closer you are to the centre, the weaker you will be. You obtain the stone from a stone dispenser located near you. You must hold the stone to obtain charges. You get a certain number of charges depending on where you are in the arena: outer edge 3 charges, in between the outer edge and where the ground turns green on your mini-map 6, edge of where the ground gets green on your mini-map 10, about where the four houses are 15, near the centre is 21, and at the centre is 28. You get charges about every three seconds. Every 6 charges (18 seconds), you will take 1 damage if you gather no more than 15 charge in last charge, and 2 damage for more than 15 charges. The stone is two handed, and you can not attack your opponent while wielding it.
