A stone slab is mined in the southeastern corner of TzHaar City. Accessible only after getting permission during the TokTz-Ket-Dill quest, this mine is located through the passage in the southeast corner of TzHaar past the TokTz-Ket-Dill Mine. Each vein can be mined twice before it is empty. Level 41 Mining is required, and 40 mining experience is received when mined. It is possible to get gems while mining on obsidian walls. It is not possible to mine stone slabs with a Sacred clay pickaxe or the Dwarven Army Axe. Spam clicking on the vein would significantly increase your successful mining rate.
If you use a chisel on this with a hammer in your inventory, you get 20 crafting experience and a pillar. It is used in the TokTz-Ket-Dill quest. 5 stone slabs are also required to build a Volcanic habitat in a Menagerie in a Player-owned house using the Construction skill at level 77.
As these stones are said to be obsidian, the slabs can neither be smelted or smithed to make items.
