The Stone tablet is a members-only quest item. It is used in the Digsite Quest to find that the digsite was a temple dedicated to Zaros. Giving it to an archaeology expert finishes the quest. It is found from a cave that can only be entered with a chemical compound.
There is also a "read" option. It reads: "Tremble mortal, before the altar of our dread lord Zaros".
After a certain point in The Temple at Senntisten, you can no longer re-obtain the tablet due to the renovation of the temple.
