Strained moonshine vial was removed after an update. The contents of this page no longer exist in RuneScape, and this article is kept for historical purposes.

The strained moonshine vial was a component for making Moonshine in the 2010 Hallowe'en event. It could made by using Pile of evil leaves on an Empty moonshine vial. The Big bottle of blood could be used on it to create Unfinished moonshine.
Trivia
- If you left the Grim reaper's house with this item, the message "The Halloween items vanish. You feel a little strange." showed up in the chatbox. This message also showed up if only one item was held when leaving.
