The pink version of sunglasses was introduced on 2 February 2015. They became available from the rare token store, and later from Treasure Hunter. When worn, they act as a mirror shield against basilisks and cockatrices.
If put into a keepsake box, a replica of the sunglasses is created, thus still allowing the player to switch between colours. The cosmetic version changes to match what the item version is currently set to (e.g. if the sunglasses are set to pink, the cosmetic version will also be pink).
