Super antifire potions are to be made by players with at least 85 Herblore by mixing a 3 dose antifire potion with a desert phoenix feather. Making this potion grants the player 210 Herblore experience, this means that doing this to 99 is quite quick, and quite inexpensive.
The potion will render the player completely immune to dragonfire, unlike the regular antifire which requires a wielded dragonfire shield or an anti-dragon shield to bestow complete immunity. This allows for the player to use a two-handed weapon or use a different shield, god book, defender, etc.
Caution: If this potion runs out, the player can be hit for 500+ damage! Re-drinking this potion as soon as the message "your resistance to dragonfire is about to run out" appears is highly recommended.
As this potion is not tradeable and players cannot use the Assist System to make it, players must have level 85 Herblore in order to make it.
Making super antifire potions is a relatively inexpensive and fast method of training Herblore from level 85 to 99, as although the potions are untradeable (and thus none of the production costs can be recouped), the only ingredient which can be bought is the antifire potion, which is the only production cost. However, players must factor in the time which it will take to gather phoenix feathers.
