A Super Kebab is simply a better version of a Kebab. Red hot sauce was added to make it spicy. It is sold by Ali the Kebab seller. The sole advantage of the Super Kebab appears to be that, unlike the normal Kebab, it never damages the player, rather it may affect summoning. It may also simply do nothing, and has been known to damage slayer stat. It can also do damage to the firemaking stat. There is also the possibility that it will lower the farming stat.
To make a Super Kebab use Red hot sauce with a Kebab (obtained from Ali the Kebab seller.)
in your inventory it looks like a normal kebab except with red on it.
