Superior Morrigan's javelin is a degradable tier 88 main-hand ranged weapon. It is made by upgrading Morrigan's javelin with an Ancient warriors' equipment patch. This increases its tier from 78 to 88, and makes it augmentable. This process is irreversible, and the upgraded item cannot be traded, even if it remains unused. The upgraded item retains the special attack of the base version. 100 javelins are needed to make this upgraded version, and unlike the base version, this version is retained when thrown (i.e. it acts like crystal chakrams or sunspear (ranged)).

Superior Morrigan's javelin degrades to dust over 100,000 charges of combat. It cannot be repaired, and when it runs out of charges it vanishes. Additionally, using the weapon's special attack will drain 100 charges, or 0.1% of maximum charge.

Special attack

Morrigan's javelins have a special attack called Phantom Strike which inflicts a bleed that deals 100% of the initial damage dealt over time against other players. Against non-player opponents this special attack will deal 20% extra damage. It requires 50% adrenaline.

Using the special attack will take out 0.1% of the weapon's charges.
