Swag Bag was removed from RuneScape after an update, but still exists in-game for those who had obtained it.

The Swag Bag is a weapon that could be obtained from the Squeal of Fortune in the past and was later available for purchase in Vic's Store for 2,000 credits on 29 September through 3 November 2014. It was made once again obtainable along with other discontinued Squeal of Fortune rares on 27 February through 3 March 2014 during the Blast from the Past Treasure Hunter promotion. When it is equipped, the player will gain new standing, walking and running animations. It has the same animations as a Santa sack. It once again became obtainable from Large parcels from the Parcels from the Hedge event on 1 May 2018 until 30 May 2018.

Trivia

This weapon is compatible with two-handed sword overrides, such as those available from Solomon's General Store. When it is overridden, the animations stay the same.
