This article is about a bowl of sweetcorn. For uncooked sweetcorn, see sweetcorn.

A bowl of sweetcorn is both food and a cooking ingredient. It can be made by using a bowl on a cooked sweetcorn; this does not require a knife, nor does it provide any Cooking experience. As food, when eaten, it provides healing identical to cooked sweetcorn. A bowl of sweetcorn is called "Sweetcorn" in-game, both at the Grand Exchange and while in the inventory. This may create confusion among players as raw sweetcorn has the same in-game name.

Its primary use, though, is as an ingredient in making tuna and corn. At level 67 Cooking, with a knife in inventory, members may use a bowl of sweetcorn with cooked tuna to create tuna and corn. This mixture heals 130 Life points when eaten, but is usually added to a potato with butter at level 68 Cooking to create a tuna potato that heals 220 Life points.

Since tuna potatoes are among the highest healing food items in the game, there is a large market for their components, including the bowl of sweet corn. As such a bowl of sweetcorn usually costs more than what is required to make it, a piece of cooked sweetcorn and a bowl. This means that it can be a good moneymaking opportunity for players. Currently, buying a cooked sweetcorn and a bowl, then selling the sweetcorn in a bowl, nets a profit of Expression error: Unexpected < operator. coins, and buying a raw sweetcorn, cooking it, and selling the bowl of sweetcorn nets a profit of 739 coins as well as 103 cooking experience.
