Well weather problems could've knocked out electricity and caused damage to servers and caused a blackout. The day after the blackout my news station even said that there was a terrible storm, so it must've been pretty bad. Chiafriend12I have 12 friends. 17:29, 22 July 2007 (UTC)

August 9 - For 3 hours, no new players are accepted for an unknown reason. This is suspected to be related to Jagex's attempts at stopping the macro plague.

Jagex released the notice in the form of an update, however, they took it down from their site, so unless anyone has something like a screen shot, there isn't any solid proof, no. Tes ^Fan 20:44, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
