Special attack[]
What does their new special attack that needs to be countered look like?

Airut are the first monsters to put status effects on themselves, such as increasing their defensive stats or reducing their attack stats.
I've seen Tormented Demons with reduced/buffed stats without me having to do anything to them. No curses/debuffs were used when I saw it. User:Gat235/Signature 00:02, December 4, 2013 (UTC)

The drop table shows rune bar noted. I kelled em for an hour and received 2 bars, but they wern't noted. Ratret (talk) 23:28, December 13, 2013 (UTC)

Strategy guide[]
Currently there's no strategy section. Probably should be. There's a bit of advice in the main abstract. Needs tips on avoiding the berserk attack, using prayer, auras, etc. Vampirism isn't much use, since their damage output is pretty high and prayer is virtually a necessity for extended trips. Penance aura is excellent - never had to use prayer potions. For avoiding the berserk attack, I pretty much had to hover my mouse over the stun (which deals heavy damage if timed during chest-beating) or I'd miss it. Combo attacks also prevent stopping it.

Mask piece rarity[]
I got 8 piece in 398 airut kills, making a drop rate of ~1/50 for me.

Rune Battleaxe[]
I just got one of these as a drop, my first one in about 5 runs of 100 kills, I'd say it's a rare, but everything else rune is listed as uncommon.

Weakness[]
On the page, airut are shown as being weak to nothing or stab, however, no part of the article dictates where the spawns of airut weak to stab are located, and this information would be very helpful.75.80.12.111 01:30, August 14, 2015 (UTC)
