so it affects monsters outside of the tower... but how can u use it on nomad when you only get to fight him once and you need to kill him outside of the tower to kill him inside of the tower???
I think once more ppl hav tested them out there should be a list of where they can be used?
I saw a video of a player using them at Nomad. You only need 500 Boss kills, not the special challenges or bosses from any set killed to get them, just the 500 kills.

someone please put on the fact that only 2 can be placed every minute, i used these while fighting the pest queen which came in very useful only used 5 rocktail and a sarabrew for the entire fight 70.246.133.16 21:51, November 19, 2011 (UTC)
500 Kills
Can the reward be claimed at every 500 kills (e.g. 500/1000/1500) or after 500 kills from the last claim? I.e. if you claim at 550, can you claim again at 1000 or 1050?

It's 500 kills from the last claim. In the example above, you'd have to reach 1050 kills to claim again. Therefore, I think it best to claim them ASAP if you want to make use of them. You can never be too prepared. 98.249.218.100 20:09, July 16, 2012 (UTC)
I used these mines on the Pest Queen and noted that they did 4000 damage. However, in chaos of the fight, I may have misread the number; it may have been 400. All that I can confirm is that the damage DOES vary by boss, and the article has been editted to say so.
1,000 damage to Eruni. If it did do 4,00 damage to the pest queen, then would it be safe to say that the mines do 20% of the boss' maximum health? (2000 damage to nomad excluding healing, 4000 to pest queen, 1000 to eruni)

When the dominion tower was relesed i had a quest cape. so since i only can fight the bosses in tower and u can't use the bombs in the tower are they actually of no use, right? so there's no need to claim them when u can't fight the bosses outside the dominion tower? or is there something that i have missed?

VERY useless. I also was on the verge of a quest cape when I got them. Who knows though, maybe someday they will make a change to the mines. 68.35.69.217 04:45, January 25, 2013 (UTC)
