Works two ways?[]
If you boost your stats and then activate Berserker, can your boosted stats still be lowered by, say, Saradomin brews? Tien 02:23, January 14, 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, they can still be lowered.
Compared to Burst of Strength?[]
So I usually keep Burst of Strength (5% strength boost) activated for the greater part of each slayer task. Would Berserker be the Ancient Curse equivalent or perhaps superior of Burst of Strength in terms of extra damage over time? I ask b/c 15% longer boosted stats doesn't sound like it helps much in any case - especially considering most people pot up after 8-10 drained levels.HxC Ferret 03:43, February 22, 2010 (UTC)
- Those prayers don't work the same, so it's not the Ancient Curse equivalent to that. Sap curses and Leech curses are the equivalent to stat boosters, instead lowering the stats of the enemy, while the Leech curses lower the stats of the enemy AND boost the player's. The berserker curse is the ancient curse equivalent of rapid restore, rapid heal and rapid renewal, but making the boosted skills last longer, instead of making the lowered ones recover faster.

Does boosted stats include prayer?[]
If you disable a leech prayer, does berserk make your stats return to normal at a slower rate? Its Alex Pan 22:39, February 25, 2010 (UTC)
So, it needs to stay on?[]
For ur stats to be boosted this prayer needs to stay on? It's not used to activate the effect after which you can turn of the prayer but still keep ur stats boosted/boosting? Because 33 points per minute is a lot (certainly paired with other prayers), right? Could it be a cost saver if u would work through prayer potions quickly? . . . Yours, Enquidou Talk
