Can the Fury Ornament Kit be used with this? 118.200.17.122 18:40, November 12, 2014 (UTC)

I'd imagine not, but if it can, let me know too! 108.34.164.98 19:48, November 17, 2014 (UTC)

Potential boss immunity

Just made the amulet, testing it on QBD (current slayer task). QBD herself has not once been hit by the damage/heal, though worms and souls (both at melee and range) have. tl;dr potential boss immunity to the damage/heal effect, at the very least, potential QBD immunity. Just thought id put this here. CyrithRS (talk) 14:28, November 19, 2014 (UTC)

The effect does not apply to any boss that is immune to reflect damage from deflect curses. This also means the amulet can be used against godwars bosses at full strength, excluding Nex. Share i tbed (talk) 18:24, November 19, 2014 (UTC)

Blood amulet of fury vs. Amulet of souls comparison

So I've tested both amulets extensively. My conclusion is that the blood amulet of fury is better DPS (against monsters that aren't deflect damage immune, but Jagex said they're going to make it work for bosses) than the amulet of souls in general. It's also very useful on NPCs with high defence (such as kalger demons) as it stands since the effect disregards NPC defence, and it'll be cheaper to repair (2,448,386 for the amulet of souls vs 1,000,000 for the blood amulet of fury). I would recommend others to invest in a blood amulet of fury, especially once Jagex make it work for all bosses. Ozank Cx 12:13, November 23, 2014 (UTC)

Yeah, did some numbers and it's kinda funny. Base soul ammy damage is 46, blood is 32. Blood spec goes off every 15 seconds, minimum 400 damage, so 400 damage every 15 seconds. 15 seconds is enough room for about 8 abilities, and souls in that timeframe provides 8*46 = 368 damage. Blood in that timeframe provides 32*8+400 = 656 extra damage. So based on this, blood ammy is about 56% better in damage everywhere that isn't boss related. Assistable?

is 80 crafting assistable?  —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 75.166.94.135 (talk) on 01:41, November 30, 2014 (UTC).

Twenty hours?

Who tested this? It's supposed to last 10 hours before needing repair, so unless I'm unaware of any recent changes this needs to be fixed. Ender1337 (talk) 04:08, December 15, 2014 (UTC)

It was added by an anonymous user in this edit with the edit summary: "Edited time taken for the amulet to degrade to 0% charge. Has been tested and used in conjunction with Virtus Wand. (Degrades to 0% after 10 hours of combat) After 2 hours of combat - Virtus Wand: 80% charge left Blood Amulet of Fury: 90% ...". IP83.101.44.209 (talk) 05:21, December 15, 2014 (UTC)
I see now. Went to qbd and test for myself and indeed it lasts longer than 10 hours. Pernix and asc degraded at the same rate, blood fury went down much slower. Good to know. Ender1337 (talk) 05:33, December 15, 2014 (UTC)

Error in recharge cost

The page contain an error but since I'm not 100% sure which one I'll let you fix it; it read "It can be recharged by 1% with 20 blood runes, which by current market price is 14,910 coins. If recharged in Drakan's crypt south of Burgh de Rott, this cost will be reduced by 20% to 24 blood runes, or 11,928 coins."

Surely the normal price must be 30 blood runes per percent instead of 20. If 20 is correct, then the price is wrong, the reduced cost (24 runes) is also wrong. Since I cannot confirm the 20 should be a 30 I won't modify it myself. To be checked Proulxs (talk) 08:12, January 8, 2015 (UTC)

An IP changed the "30 blood runes" into "20 blood runes", but didn't touch the coins nor 'reduced cost at ...' saying that's what they were charged. I can't confirm either way either, though. IP83.101.44.209 (talk) 08:38, January 8, 2015 (UTC)
