The Legends cape may not have as good of defence bonuses as the fire, obsidian, or skill capes, but its much cheaper to replace. 71.211.54.163 04:06, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

I didn't know that the legends cape was available to players who had not completed the quest. How is it possible to obtain a legends cape without completing the legends quest. Can someone provide sources? Sir Lenehan File:Smite old.png|25px 21:08, 14 November 2008 (UTC)

"After showing Radimus Erkle the items needed to complete the quest, he will request that you meet him in the main Legends Guild hall. Once you go inside, he does not immediately talk to the player, so that allows one to go upstairs and buy Legends Capes even before completing the quest.
