This item's name is "Castlewar brace(3)" for one with three charges. Assuming we don't use the number and brackets for the item name, then the correct in-game name is "Castlewar brace". Whether or not the name is quoted something else in the knowledge base or anywhere else does not change this.
The only issue is whether the in-game item name should be used as the article name. The style guide seems quite clear on this - it says "Articles about items... should be titled exactly as the subject's name appears in-game." Furthermore, the guidance notes on the use of the Infobox Item template says the name field should be the "name of the item, exactly as it appears in game (identical case, spaces, typo, etc)".
I hope this clears things up - I know there have been a few moves here, but unless the item's in-game name changes, this article should not be moved again. Comments are welcome as always. :-) Leevclarke talk 23:57, 20 June 2008 (UTC)
